If you would asked me about 9 months ago what was my favorite phone, there was no hesitation in my answer – the iPhone. Last August I went out and bought myself a brand-new iPhone 3GS and was ecstatic. Although my brain told me “something new will be out next year and you’ll want that”, my heart said “I’m going to keep this phone forever”. Fast forward 7 months later: Google’s Android is on its way forward with its latest release “FroYo” looking more promising than ever while Apple’s iPhone OS 4 is now just getting features that are well placed in all other operating systems. But that wasn’t why I made my change. Switching from my beloved phone (and trust me, I loved it) was definitely not an easy decision. I did a lot of research, understood the pros and cons of each operating system and tried to weigh out which were the most important to me. Read more
